All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@relavinal.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Refund Eligibility Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was received
- Package was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by the carrier or customs
Partial Refunds In certain situations, only a partial refund may be offered (e.g., item shows signs of use, missing original packaging, or issue is minor).
Processing Time If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
